. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. Due to products being discontinued, they must be faulty to be eligible for a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@dysonking.co.uk with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to return the item if eligible.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-5 days to the original payment method.
- Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- As we sell discontinued and end-of-line stock, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence. - Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. We will either replace the item (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
